Can you describe your organisation and your role?
Currie & Brown is one of the world’s largest consultancies dedicated to advising clients in respect of the procurement, construction and management of the built environment. Dating back to 1876, today's Currie & Brown is owned by its management and has its world headquarters in the city of London, England.
I joined Currie & Brown (India) Ltd. in October 1997 and possess 16 years of leadership experience in the Construction field.
What is your greatest achievement in your career?
I have been instrumental in growing the business in India and in the process
have taken Currie & Brown (India) Pvt. Ltd. to new heights.
What is your vision for the Indian property market?
As India is emerging as a leader in the global economy, the Indian property market is poised to emerge as one of the most preferred investment destinations for global realty and investment firms.
Increased urbanisation, industry friendly policies by government, high GDP
growth rate, unexplored potential opportunities are likely to ensure sustained growth
in this sector.
