RICS membership can be
gained via two main routes:

• Early career entry is usually for those who have completed an RICS approved university degree and a period of at least two years’ structured training, followed by a formal assessment of professional competence.
• As a senior professional, with 10 years or more of experience and in a role which fulfils criteria for seniority, responsibility and depth of judgement, you may undertake the final assessment

There are several other levels of RICS membership that may be appropriate for you,
your colleagues or your employees depending on qualifications and experience.
