Lovely Lollies!
We love these watermelon and lime ice lollies, a colourful way to cool off in the summer sun!
4 cupfuls of watermelon
1/4 cupful of lime juice
1tsp lime zest
(Optional) 1/4 cupful of maple syrup or agave syrup
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and purée. Pour the mixture into lolly moulds and freeze over night. Delish!
